Conditii de munca: Salarizarea: Este de minim 10 Lire Brut / Ora. Prin contract garantat se lucreaza 40 de ore pe saptamana. Numarul orele suplimentare si al garzilor variaza in functie de angajator si diponibilitatea candidatului. Plata orelor suplimentare se face odata cu salariul si sunt neimpozabile. Salariul minim estimat este de 1600Lire Sterline / Luna Brut. Salariul poate ajunge la 2200 – 2400 Lire Sterline / Luna Brut cu efectuarea orelor suplimentare si a garzilor. Impozitul pe venit in Marea Britanie este de 20% din salariul brut. Taxele platite pot fi recuperate la incheierea contractului de munca prin serviciul de Tax Back. Agentia Euro Recruitment ofera asistenta gratuita pentru recuperarea taxelor fiind agent acreditat Tax Back. Cazare: Este asigurata de angajator insa utilitatile sunt platite de candidat. Cheltuielile pentru utilitati (apa, gaze, electricitate, gunoi etc.) se ridica la aproximativ 200-250 Lire/ luna. Plata chiriei se face saptamanal sau lunar, in functie de data primirii salariului. Cazarea se face in apropierea locului de munca in camere individuale (in general). Pot exista si camere duble (doua persoane in camera) insa aceasta posibilitate este rara. Masa: Este oferita de majoritatea angajatorilor in cadrul azilului odata cu mesele oferite celor internati. Exista si cazuri in care angajatorul nu ofera masa, insa aceste cazuri sunt rare. Locatii de munca: Spitale, clinici private, azile de batrani in imprejurimile Londrei, Devon, Bath, Glasgow, etc. Pot fi si pozitii deschise in Scotia, insa foarte rar. Locatia nu poate fi aleasa de candidat. Perioda contractului de munca: Contractele de munca sunt pe o perioada de 12 luni si pot incepe dupa obtinerea Work Permit * (Permisului de Munca ). Durata procesarii documentelor (Certificat de Conformitate* , PIN* si Work Permit*) este in total de aproximativ 3 luni in cazul in care candidatul respecta termenele impuse pentru pregatirea documentelor. Certificatul de conformitate se elibereaza numai asistentilor medicali generalisti care intrunesc conditiile de cetatenie, ascendenta, filiatie, casatorie si rezidenta prevazute de lege si care au dobandit formarea in profesie pe teritoriul Romaniei. In cazul titularilor de Diploma de Bacalaureat a Liceului Sanitar + 1 an de echivalare Scoala Post Liceala Sanitara ,care au exercitat efectiv si legal activitatea profesionala in baza acestor titluri de calificare pe o durata de 5 ani consecutiv in ultimii 7 in Romania, Ministerul Sanatatii elibereaza o Recomandare care atesta aceasta experienta profesionala necesara procedurii de recunoastere in celelalte state membre. In cazul titularilor de Atestat de Competente Profesionale (Diploma ) Asistent Medical Generalist eliberat/a de Scoala Post Liceala Sanitara , obtinut inainte de anul 2007 care au exercitat efectiv si legal activitatea profesionala in baza acestor titluri de calificare pe o durata de 3 ani consecutiv in ultimii 5 in Romania, Ministerul Sanatatii elibereaza un Certificat care atesta aceasta experienta profesionala necesara procedurii de recunoastere in celelalte state membre. Detinerea PIN-ului este dreptul asistentului medical de a practica meseria fara restrictii in Marea Britanie. Obtinerea PIN-ului: Primul pas pentru obtinerea PIN-ului este completarea si trimiterea Formularului de Aplicare pe adresa oficiala de mail a NMC-ului. In decurs de 10 zile trebuie sa primiti pe adresa completata in Formularul de Aplicare, un pachet care va contine instructiuni si o Aplicatie in original inregistrata cu numar PRN (Personal Registration Number). PRN-ul reprezinta un numar unic de control sub care vor fi inregistrate toate documentele trimise catre NMC. Obtinerea PRN-ului nu este suficienta pentru a practica meseria si a fi inregistrat, pentru acestea avand nevoie de PIN. Odata cu eliberarea PIN-ului valabilitatea PRN-ului exprira. Aplicatia primita in original de la NMC este valabila 6 luni, astfel incat procesarea actelor trebuie facuta de indata ce primiti PRN-ul. Acte necesare pentru obtinerea PIN-ului: • Copie pasaport • Copie Pasaport: legalizata la notar. • Cazier judiciar: in original + traducere inlimba engleza legalizata. • Certificat nastere: copie legalizata la notar + traducere in limba engleza legalizata. • Certificat casatorie (daca este cazul): copie legalizata la notar + traducere in engleza legalizata. • Diploma de asistent medical: copie legalizata la notar + traducere in limba engleza legalizata. • Planul de invatamant: copie legalizata la notar + traducere in limba engleza legalizata. • Certificatul de conformitate (daca este cazul): copie legalizata la notar + traducere in limba engleza legalizata. Actele pot fi traduse si legalizate la orice birou autorizat si nu au nevoie de apostila. Dupa aprobarea PIN-ului veti primi cererea de plata in valoare de 76 de Lire Sterline. Dupa inregistrarea platii veti primi PIN-ul prin posta la adresa dvs. *Work Permit (Permisul de munca ): Pentru a lucra legal pe teritoriul Marii Britanii aveti nevoie de Work Permit (Permisul de Munca). Obtinerea Permisului de Munca este posibila numai dupa primirea PIN-ului si semnarea contractului de munca. Taxa pentru obtinerea Permisului de Munca este in valoare de 175 de Lire Sterline si se face direct catre agentia partenera care intermediaza procesul de emitere. Permisul de munca este eliberat de Home Office (Serviciul de Imigrari) in termen de 2 pana la 6 saptamani dupa depunerea copiei PIN-ului si a contractului de munca. Permisul de muna va fi primit in tara inainte de plecare. Procedura: Primul pas este trimiterea unui CV in limba Engleza insotit de o poza la adresa de mail info@eurecruit.net In urma primirii CV-ului un reprezentant al Agentiei Euro Recruitment o sa va contacteze in vederea programarii unui interviu. Interviurile se sustin la sediul agentiei noastre iar in cazul in care candidatul nu se poate deplasa in Constanta se programeaza un interviu online. In cazul acceptarii in program va urma interviul cu agentia din Angliain limba engleza. Dupa trecerea interviului, se semneaza contractul de mediere intre candidat si Agentia Euro Recruitment si se plateste Taxa de procesare a dosarului (500 RON + TVA). Din acest moment responsabilitatile candidatului sunt: 1) Obtinerea Certificatului de Conformitate 2) Trimiterea Formularului de Aplicare catre NMC. Acest formular il veti primi completat de catre Agentia Euro Recruitment. 3) Dupa primirea Aplicatiei in original de la NMC candidatul se va prezenta la sediul agentiei cu documentele necesare pentru constituirea dosarului pentru obtinerea PIN-ului. 4) Dupa obtinerea PIN-ului se semneaza oferta de munca si contractul de munca. 5) Se depun actele pentru obtinerea permisului de munca si se plateste taxa de 175 de Lire Sterline catre agentia partenera din Anglia. 6) In decurs de 48 de ore de la primirea Permisului de munca candidatul are obligatia de a achita Taxa de plasament (1000 RON + TVA). Semnarea contractului de munca: Dosarul fiecarui candidat este prezentat angajatorilor, urmand o discutie telefonica intre candidat si managerul clinicii / spitalului / azilului unde va lucra. Semnarea contractului de munca se face dupa constituirea completa a dosarului si semnarea ofertei ferme de munca. In general contractul se semneaza in functie de data la care s-a stabilit plecarea si inceperea contractului de munca. Dupa semnarea contractului de munca candidatul trebuie sa trimita agentiei partenere urmatoarele documente pentru obtinerea Accession Worker Card. • CI – in original • 2 poze tip pasaport • BR3 Form (este oferita de agentie) • Aceste documente se trimit prin posta/curierat pentru a fi cat mai repede procesat Accession Worker Card. Plecarea se va face in functie de data stabilita de comun acord cu angajatorul. Agentia Euro Recruitment poate sa ofere asistenta in gasirea unui bilet de avion. Costul biletului de avion este suportat de candidat si difera in functie de data cumpararii (intre 100 si 150 Euro).
