Demi chef, required to work alongside head chef producing good hotel food – all from fresh produce. The chef must have good basic knowldge of fresh food and sauces. The hotel do get very busy in weddings in high season. General Assistant-required to serve food in restaurant, clear tables, help clean rooms, assist with reception duties and also report to Ian.
